worst customer service ive ever dealt…

worst customer service ive ever dealt with. I've been waiting hours and hours to cancel one flight. no one picks up at customer service. return calls are 2.5hrs+. Not worth the savings at all.

Price Gouger

I requested that Priceline cancel my rental car or match the going rate. They refused to do so and made me pay almost double the cost because I had reserved a rental car through them. Even though they claim to have the best prices available they charged my $387 for a 2 day rental. When I tried to change it to Avis because they were charging $205 they said no. They would not match the price either.

They should rename their company Price Gouger.

Don't use Priceline

I have used Priceline to rent a car many times and never had a problem. This time was different. When I got to rental desk there was a massive line of people waiting already and one agent. After two hours, I was still 20 people back and was in danger of missing the funeral I had come to attend. I called Priceline and they told me there was nothing they could do and couldn't cancel the reservation. I pointed out I was within the 24 hour window since the reservation had been made and they were not able to provide the service I had paid for. Still they couldn't help me. This is not the same Priceline I had dealt with in the past. They were just terrible.

Great Experience

Hugo really helped me find the best price, but also the best flights. He ended up saving me about $70, and found the best flight times to fit my needs. He was friendly and courteous. He also called me back to make sure I had received all of my emailed documentation. It was a pleasure!

Booked car rental several weeks ago for…

Booked car rental several weeks ago for a trip from Michigan to Virginia at a great cost. Arrived to the Hertz location at the pickup time to find out the store was closed and has been for a time, due to some reason. No one contacted us. Priceline customer service was useless in correcting the issue and we booked a car through Expedia instead. This was my first and last experience with Priceline. Hertz was also no help in resolving the issue. There was sufficient time prior to our trip for someone to contact me by phone, email, and/or text. None of that occurred. Big failure. Dont risk booking through Priceline because if something happens you are on your own.

Worst company to fly with

The worst company to fly with. They change my flight to leave really late and fly back earlier. They charge you luggage fee to fly one way and another luggage fee to fly back I paid $80 in total. My friend got covid so she couldn't go on the trip so I changed the flight to another friend's name and their policy with frontier showed that they charged $75 dollars to do so yet they charged me $195 one way and $195 back. Mind you the ticket to just repurchase was $300. Total rip off will never use this company again.

Beware! Will not allow change in hotel. You will loose your money.

I Called to change my hotel Priceline said I could not change my hotel. I requested a more expensive hotel and I would pay the difference. I was told “If I don’t stay in the hotel I would just loose my money.

Not as promised

The day of the booking was told by Priceline representative that I have airport transportation included only to find out I don't have a ride to and from airport and when I didn't received vaucher I called again was told to call different places which since I booked my vacation with Priceline they should have help me instead redirecting me somewhere else, horrible customer service definitely won't book it with them again or will not recommend to anyone

I booked a hotel through Priceline…

I booked a hotel through Priceline April 10, 2021 and had to cancel due to dates. Priceline charged me $689.25 and was supposed to be a free cancellation as I canceled rescheduled the very same day. I have yet to receive a credit for this cancellation almost a month later and have Spoken with three different representatives from Priceline. Each representative gives me a different story. One representative even lied to me and said a credit was issued May 1. I will never ever ever ever use Priceline again and I will share my horrible experience with all my family and friends. I have issued a complaint with my bank and they are resolving for me.

Watch out non refundable site

Do NOT use Priceline for anything. They will not work with you if your plans change. Terrible site and customer service. We paid upfront for car rental and due to covid were forced to change date and they refused to let us change car rental date. They charged my card immediately 3 weeks prior to rental. So I guess they are keeping my $223 NEVER EVER use this site.
